Neighbours are the people who live near us. In your opinion, what are the qualities of a good neighbour? Use specific details and examples in your answer.

Certainly neighbour can be roughly difined as a person who lives near you. However, I think that heighbour is also the first person we can ask for help, maybe not in serious situations but when we have everyday troubles with money or some kind of things. Therefore, the main quality of a neighbou is to be easy-going and open to listen to you and to communicate with you.
On the other hand, I doubt anyone will be glad to share all his or her own things and spend much time with the neighbour. If your neighbour is irritative and hostile, if he avoid speaking with you it is a sign to be careful because your strong attention can make you and your neighbour the enemies.
For example, I know how terrible and dangerous can be neighbour. My grandparents live in communal flat where diffrent rooms are possessed by diffrent people. Unfortunatly, my relatives were not lucky as their neighbour turned out to be alcoholic and very agressive man. My granny suffered very much because she tryed being friendly and kind neighbour to him but he rejected to accept any good and human attention and only threatened and shouted every day till his death.
Though that man was an example of an awful neighbour not everithing was bad. The other neighbours in the third room were very polite and gentle. My grandparents found them as a very good friends. These people accord to my notion of really good neighbours, they take part in the life of my relatives, they help them and simultaneously they are not annoyed or boring. When my grandmother or grandfather is ill  the neighbours go to the pharmacy and buy necessary drags.
In summary, the good neighbour is a neighbour who is ready to support you as it is needed and who....

Some people prefer to plan activities for their free time very carefully. Others choose not to make any plans at all for their free time. Compare the benefits of planning free-time activities with the benefits of not making plans. Which do you prefer - planning or not planning for your leisure time? Use specific reasons and examples to explain your choice.

If we visit any book shop we will see the huge number of literature that tells us how to organize our time and to get a great result in business or everyday life. Nowadays time management is very popular  for the following reasons.
First of all there are a lot of information and activities we deal with and their amount increases year after the year. New technologies, methods, sciences, everything requires our attention. The rate of life doubled for the 20th century. Therefore, we need to organize our time and plan activities not only for our free time but for every moment of the day. We are a business genegation and we should manage to do everithing at appropriate time. The prevelege to waste houres in gardens watching flowers and listening to birds is in the Middle Ages.
On the other hand, the main problem of our society is the lack of freedom. Schedules, plannings limit our imagination and happiness to make spontaneous decisions. A lot of people get stressful because they feel as a bird in the cage. Not creating any plans we can receive some unexpected suggestions, find solutions hidden deep in our souls and that will look like a good surprise.
In my opinion, people should match both ways. In one case we can get many benefits planning our activities as it makes out  time effective, in other case we can avoid making severe timetable and feel comfortable searching some sudden events and thinking of unusual activities.
As for me, I try to plan my day, especially when I study. It helps me not to miss something very important. My free time depends on my work and education and I'am not able not to think about planning. It often annoies me because of freedom absense that I mentioned above.

We can consider the past as the product of both our memories and our history. [How can I reveal the idea of general thing and particular one? ] These two interpretations will both influence our understanding of whether the past has value for those of us living in the present. [interpretation interpretation interpretation interpretation interpretation interpretation] In my opinion, it is essential not to forget the history and lives of our ancestors, including both their victories and losses. [loss loss loss loss loss loss loss loss loss] By carefully considering our past through both the study of history and preservation of memory, we can learn from our collective experiences and better function in the present. [ Could I rewrite my sentence as "Taking all this into account we learn how to orient in global processes and function better in the present."?]

Though every person has powerful memories, it is best to follow the good and honorable elements of our past. If we do not, bad, dark memories could potentially destroy our souls and minds. [example and counterexample, arguably, It will never be proven, counterexample, counterexample, counterexample, counterexample, arguably, arguable, arguably, arguable, argubly, arguably, arguably, It will never be proven absolutely, it will never be proven absolutely, it will never be proved absolutely, proven absolutely, proved absolutely] [merge paragraphs, merge companies, merge sentences, merge merge merge, merge previous and next sentence, previous previous previous, stubby stubby stubby sentence, stubby figure, stubby man] For example, my grandmother is a person who values only the past. Although she lived through World War II and endured terrible conditions, she could have kept cheerful spirits and had a positive view of life as many her contemporaries. [contemporary contemporary contemporary contemporary contemporary, to endure, endure, endure difficulties, endure bad conditions, endure, endure] Instead, she cries about her difficulties and remember her past faults every day. That is a reason why she is not content with her current life and she thinks that nothing could be better. She refuses to accept the future and to improve her own lifestyle and her mood.

My brother is an example of the opposite case. [we can hash that out , we can hash that out, we can hash that out, we can hash that out, we can hash that out] He respects the past and he is interested very in it, but his attitude towards life very active and strong. My brother doesn't turn back and count his mistakes or how many times he missed success. Therefore, he is a person who works hard, develops [develop - develops - developed - develop - develops - developed] himself according to the modern world. I think this is a perfect approach to life. He values all historical stages of our society but he is not limited by the past.

In conclusion, the life of person who lives in the present and doesn't value learning about the past is not an appropriate model. However, we should apprehend and analyse our past turning it into an experience and not into awful memories, grief and regret that will darken our present.

Two broad, general suggestions:
*Be sure to restate the question in some form at the beginning of your paper
*If you want to combine two sentences, "Though" is a great way to start. for example, if you had the sentences: "My hat is really warm. But it was very expensive."
that could become:
"Though my hat was very expensive, it is really warm." <--this would be a good option if, on the balance, you're glad you bought the hat.
OR
"Though my hat is really warm, it was very expensive." <--the hat is warm, but mostly just a waste of money.

#38   Learning about the past has no value for those of us living in the present. Do you agree or disagree? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

We can consider the past as our history in general and as our memories in partial. These two variants change the conprehension of the question. In my opinion it is very essential not to forget the history, the life of our ancestors, their victories and loses. All this teach us to orient in global processes and modern world changes.
Every person has memories and it is a natural fact. However, I believe person should try to follow only good and bright past. I make such conclusion because bad, dark memories destroy our souls and minds.
As an example, my grandmother is a person who values only the past. Although she passed the World War II and lived in terrible condions she could keep cheer spirits and have positive views on life as many her contemporarists. Instead of that she is crying  about her difficulties, her past faults every day. That is a reason why she is not content with her current life and she thinks that nothing could be better.  She refuse to accept the future, to improve her own lifestyle and her mood.
The other example is my brother. He respects the past and he is interested a lot in it but his life style is very active and strong as he doesn't turn back and count his mistakes or how many times he missed the success. Therefore, he is a person who works hard, developes himself according to the modern world and  I think this way is perfect. He values all historical stages of our society but it is not a limiting factor.
In conclusion I want to say that life of person who lives in the present and doesn't value the learning about the past is not an appropriate model for me.
